1. Developing education in the field of regional and rural development in a structured manner with curriculum focusing on issues of socio-economic and institutional empowerment so that its graduates can play a role in various aspects of regional and rural development;
2. Conducting researches as part of the curriculum with a focus on the development of new reforms and resulting socio-economic innovations to support the implementation of regional and rural development;
3. Disseminating information about research results to the community both nationally and internationally on various aspects of regional and rural development, so as to be actively involved in the development of knowledge and practice of regional and rural development.
